Approve a preview

The Assistant builds your workflow and generates a preview.
  1. When Preview ready appears, check the fields and values.
  2. If changes are needed, ask the Assistant and wait for the updated preview.
  3. When the data is correct, select Approve to start the workflow.
If the settings changed after the preview ran, Approve starts a new preview with the current settings instead. Approve that preview once it finishes.
Preview data is free. No quota is used until you approve.
During updates, approval is disabled and the previous preview stays visible. If Preview update incomplete appears, select Report problem. Kadoa needs to refresh the preview before you can approve it.

Data verification

Verifying data means a run is held for Kadoa review before delivery. The banner explains why. No review is needed from you. Automated data quality checks cover field rules, completeness, and suspicious values. Agents investigate flagged results against the source and attempt fixes. Runs that pass the required checks can be approved automatically. If issues remain or human approval is required, a Kadoa specialist reviews the run before delivery. During repairs, an update banner replaces the review banner. Previously delivered data stays available. See Workflow lifecycle for all states and API fields.
